You can sign up for a health insurance plan online directly from us. You can also call us! Working through us you’ll be able to view and compare all BCBSTX plans including the plans offered on the Marketplace.

2. Find a free seminar online for one-on-one help from a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas Think Blue representative

Our trusted community specialists can give you the one-on-one help you need to shop for health insurance during open enrollment. Open enrollment is the only time you can sign up for a health plan unless you meet the qualifications for a special enrollment period.

3. Contact a licensed Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas health insurance agent

You can work directly with a BCBSTX licensed insurance agent near you. An agent can help you find the health plan that’s best for you.

The Marketplace is a federal government website where you can shop, compare and buy plans offered by participating health insurance companies in your area.
